A Camping We will Go

Just finished our first camping trip of the year.
We went to Elk Neck State Park located in Northeast, Md.
(that is the town name, and no just a direction).

A short trip to get the brand new RV tires broken in. Short also so we do not commit to big trips too early in the season and end up with the weather turning on us.

Of course being out camping with Husky "Sasha" keeps us busy going on walks to nowhere.
While out camping these walks take the place a listening to my Wii Fit trainer telling me like it is.

This time no trees fell on any of our Trucks/RV's.

Going out again in a couple weeks.
This time to Point Lookout State Park in southern MD.

March already! Making camping reservations.

We have begun the process of making our camping reservations for this summer.
Destinations include:
- Marland State Parks - Elk Neck and Point Lookout.
- upstate New York - Finger Lakes area.
- Cherrystone VA. Resort camping.

Good thing we saved up enough leave ... cuz we have a lot scheduled.

Just a couple comments on our trip to Hershey PA for the hugest RV show on the east coast.

It was huge!
And if you ever get the chance to go see wome awesome rigs all at one event.
We are setting our sites on going next year.
Gotta reserve your nearby camprounds early before they fill up.

2008 Maryland RV Show

We are getting ready for the 2008 RV Show at Timonium Fairgrounds, Timonium, MD.
February 15,16,17 and 22,23,24.
We go every year and usually play hookey from work to go on Friday and the crowds are a bit smaller.
They have a show in Sept but that one is a little smaller because it competes for attention with the show in Hershey, PA. (it is a very big show!)
