NASCAR Bump and Run

NASCAR should allow some bumping as part of racing.
However the problem I see today is that the bumpers do not meet.
The front slope of the hood acts as a jack and lifts the back of the car off the ground.
There needs to be a "Bumper Bar" located lower on the back of the car where the contact will be made and PUSH the car without the typical lifting action.
Allows drivers to send a message to the blocker saying I want you to move and without the Dirty Dump of the car in front. It just appears so EASY to just spin the car out and move.
They say they did not mean it, but the same rules apply on the street. You gotta give a little space or you both are going to the garage.
